Having promised next day click and collect, the email confirmation gave a date 10 days away. Later on, the date was put back by 3 weeks but I only found this out by checking my order status. When I complained that they hadn't contacted me about this they apologised for the lateness but said it was out of their control. I complained again about the lack of notification and they replied only about the lateness. Customer service at it worst. I'll never use them again - and as far as I can see Woolworths and Very are the same company under another name so beware there too.
