Having never ordered from GlobalGolf before I decided to take a chance (after checking some of their online reviews) and ordered a couple of metal woods and headcovers. I received confirmation of the order and payment was taken immediately (before shipping). 7 days passed and there was no change in the order status (status continued to show "processing" ) . I contacted their customer support and received an email indicating that since I had ordered several pieces that were stored in separate warehouses they were being shipped to a central point to be sent as a single package to me.
I accepted that answer at face value and continued to wait . 7 more days passed without any change in the order status. I contacted customer support again and received exactly the same answer (consolidating the shipment ,continue to wait,etc , yada yada) . Meanwhile they have my money and I have nothing.
It appeared to me that they did not have in stock (as advertised) the clubs that I had ordered and may have been stringing me along while they tried to scrounge them from some source. In any event on day 15 I cancelled the entire order and asked for my money back.
In fairness to them they did refund the full amount to my Paypal account.
