The customer service teams just don’t care.
I placed an order on the 27th May 2014 (716858834). I was sent the wrong order. I called you and you said you would collect the wrong item and re-send the correct item. You did neither.
Second call to yourselves. You advised items would be on the way. Still items not received and still no collection. On the 6th June a Myhermes driver arrived for a collection but no parcel delivered.
Ring you up again for the third time. (I am being charged to keep ringing) you and then inform me that the order has been cancelled!
No correspondence whatsoever received in relation to this cancellation – unbelievable.
Please advise when I will receive a refund ASAP. The whole process is a disgrace and you owe me money for items you haven't sent to me.
