I have recently bought a dress for my daughter Prom. Although the dress is of good quality, the shape of dress is not suiting at all my daughter so I ask for refund as expIained possible on the general purchase conditions. am experiencing a real pain to get an exchange or refund. They have refused although photos have been provided. Very good and quick to take the order but now a real pain when a problem arises.

Do not order on this site unless being completely sure the dress will be OK!
