We made the mistake of booking a hotel through EXPEDIA. Arrived at hotel, room was dirty and full of cigarette smoke. We decided to not stay and were told we would have to get a refund from EXPEDIA.
The money we lost was £130.00 and to this day we have not received the refund.
On contacting customer service they pass you from pillar to post and make every excuse under the sun, also asking for irreverent information.
A HORRIBLE COMPANY, DON'T BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE IF IT GOES WRONG YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0/10
