“LOST DELIVERY”

I would like to point out how disappointed I am with the service. I placed my order on the 25th May, had to contact them on the 2nd June to chase the order up because I had been told by email that it had been despatched, and then had to contact them again on the 5th June because there was still no sign of my order. The explanation that my order had been lost somewhere along the line with the courier only fuelled the unhappiness that I felt with the company even more. A courier losing orders does not bode well and would suggest that this needs to be investigated, especially if it leads to losing more customers.

I would be grateful if this could be forwarded to a line manager because I would like to believe that something could be done to improve the service.
