“Totally inept!”

Without doubt the most woefully inept company I have ever had the mispleasure to deal with. You can never get through on their customer service phone number (unless you're prepared to wait about 45-75 mins). You submit queries via their online webforms - they never respond.
I for one will never ever use them again and would encourage others to pay that little bit more for your energy in return for a company you can actually contact and who have some semblance of customer services dept!
