Tried 7 times to email proof of NCD I have sent the same email to my wife to prove fault not at my end and it wasn't. I have contacted Co-op insurance on receipt of a letter reminding me NCD proof is still required and according to them there is nothing wrong with their system. Bah humbug I say!!!
