managed to get a standing ticket for my daughter from this site. even though we were at panic stations when the ticket hadnt arrived 4 days before the gig(not ticketola's fault) due to ticketmaster holding back releasing the tickets, we did get it two days before. the staff at ticketola were fantastic and reassured me all they way that we would get the ticket. so helpful. my daughter had the time of her life and cried all the way home because she was so happy. it would be helpful if there were a telephone number for customer services on their website but other than that i was completely satisfied. thankyou ticketola for making my daughter so so happy.
