“AAAAAbsolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!”

I was happy I got into the shop at Alfreton Road NG7 the last day of the promotional plan everything unlimited for 16 pound per month.
The woman there told me I would only be charged 26 the first month and then it would be 16 per month. i'm sure she didn't do the set up right because:
SURPRISE second month= 21 again
I realised that only the 16 pound is mentioned in the contract, i went back to the store and when i complain about this i have been told to contact t-mobile directly when i called t-mobile they said they cant do anything as its carphonewarehouse contract speak to them. i went back in to Alfreton Road Branch again....SURPRISE: they cant do anything about it.
called t-mobile AGAIN: apparently Customer service can't do anything until the store answer their email querie!!!
Here is a Question for you guys, what's the point of a MANAGER??????
WORST BRANCH EVER!!!!!!

I am so angry!
NEVER AGAIN Carphonewarehouse!!!! (and t-mobile)
