“Bag Drop Belfast Int.”

Travelled from Belfast Int 28 May 2014 on 6pm flight to Mahon. As we were travelling with a 2yr old printed boarding cards on line to ensure we would get through promptly. On arrival at 3.45am joined Bag Drop queue which was much longer than the queue of people checking in. ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES later we got through Bag Drop. Found this totally unacceptable. Surely Thomson are aware of the number of people who will be arriving at Bag Drop and have ample desks open to deal with this. On our departure from Mahon on 4 June 6 Bag Drop desks were open. Take a leaf out of their book Thomson.
