Matalan stores use in store audio advertising to encourage its customers to shop by using the internet.
one problem none of the store numbers can be found on the internet because they use different numbers.
in a survey amongst my friends and family 83% said that whilst in large stores if they cannot find a product they use their camera phones to take pictures of the product label then return home to search the internet fot that product. THAT DONT WORK IN MATALAN.
