“FAB So much not like a diet ”

I love this app. I am on Day 24 and using it in conjunction with a 30 day challenge app. I have been away for the weekend eaten a takeaway curry and not really had to change too much about what I buy. I have had chocolate everyday and saved wine for the weekends and still lost 7lb (my target is only 10lb loss) so I think if you are very stretch with your self you'd do even better. The app makes you think about what you have eaten in the day and what if you want a treat later you can or shouldn't have to maintain. I have days where I have gone over but I have saved counts from days earlier in the week so by the end I still balance and lose.
I hate the thought of faddy diets as you can't maintain them long term. With this app you can eat normal food, do the same family shop for a budget and just think about what is a good low cal low fat choice when you need it. So many of my friends have done weight watchers/slimming world/cambridge etc and they cannot maintain that long term. With this its with you all the time so you can go out for tea and cake at lunch and then have a nice healthy dinner and still feel like your doing well.
