Ordered weber bbq to be delivered the next day. When it didn't arrive, I called company and they said their courier had lost it. Couldn't get another one out to me for 4 days. Whilst this was a pain, once I called wow bbq to report the problem, they kept me very well updated. They also offered me a reasonable voucher discount on next purchase without me having to ask or complain further which is quite unusual these days. So to summarise, problem with their courier initially but well resolved by wow bbq.
