I pay Vodafone £47 a month for an iphone5s because I don't have broadband and because 3G is allegedly strong in my post code but have had no 3G signal since January unless I sit in my car! Contacted them 9 times to be told they have spoken to their technical team and there is no issue in my area. Then was told it was a temporary issue in May which was resolved in two days then got told today that there was a problem but it was rectified at 10am this morning. Guess what.....still no signal. They either blatantly lie, don't have a clue what they're doing or just don't give a toss once you are tied in to a contract. They credited me with £94 and thought I would be happy. I want them to deliver the service I pay them for nothing more nothing less. Getting them to accept there is an issue and investigate is like talking to a toddler. Don't waste your money and get stuck with this money draining, oxygen sapping nightmare of a company
