Having booked a flight for a small party travelling to Canada I hadn't noticed a small error in spelling the name of one our party during the details sent me prior to confirming the booking. Our Travel-up agent contacted the airline and was able to resolve the problem with the airline with out us incurring any additional charges. The process took about a week to 10 days in all but was successfully resolved in the end. Very happy with the service provided by Travel-up, and particularly the courtesy shown and help provided by the agent. Would certainly recommend.
