I received a twig with no roots instead of a Cercis plant. 2 emails that get the standard very busy response and countless phone calls that never get answered but go straight to income generating on-hold ( I know the on-hold annoying repetitive piano music off by heart). How much have I spent so far on their 0844 number?

How on earth does 'customer care' mean 'customer ignore'?

Grrr!
