“Never coming back again”

I bought 4 month membership. I wanted to stop the payment after it. Called few days ago to do it,and you still asking to pay for one more month just because of that? Also got lots of email that I am not paying even though you are taking money from my card every time. As well I paid plus 24 pound for being late few days. Its not enough?
