“Excellent customer service”

I found Nationwide to be extremely professional and friendly to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them again. My car was collected from my home for repairs, and I was given a courtesy vehicle which was clean, comfortable and nice to drive. The gentleman who collected my car and returned it was nothing short of a star; he had the most kind, charming and endearing personality he really made my day –being a granddad himself he understood the pressures and stress I was under having to care for two very small children and having suffered a car accident, and I was treated like a human being as well as a valued customer, which is very rare to have such exceptional service these days. Other people at Nationwide were equally lovely to deal with, and I had complete trust in their ability to do their best for me and provide quality service. Thank you Nationwide.
