I ordered a gift card for my daughter in plenty of time for her birthday. The default address was autofilled with the recipient's address. I immediately informed Zara of the error but after several irrelevant emails (presumably computer generated) this was not amended. My daughter received a "while you out" card but on enquiring discovered the gift card delivery had been cancelled and returned to Zara. It will be a month from when I ordered before I receive a refund. Zara offered me "compensation" of free express delivery on my next order. I will not be adding to their profits by accepting this.
