My goods were sent to me by express delivery to be delivered on Saturday. It is the only time I am at home and I can receive the parcel.
Online tracker showed "Shipment received at destination depot" at 5am which I thought is very efficient given the early hours. By 8am the tracker showed "Shipment loaded to vehicle".
"Excellent!" - I thought. Now we shall wait for the goods to be delivered.
9am, 11am,...3pm, 5pm, 6pm. Nothing!
I called the customer service at 6:30pm. The lady said that she sees the same messages that I can see online and she cannot provide me any further information. Furthermore, Saturday deliveries are until 6pm. She assured that someone will call me on Monday regarding my parcel.
The "express" delivery is two days late, I haven't heard any information from TNT and online tracker shows the same information.
Terrible, awful, disappointing, frustrating and time-consuming. Never again will I use TNT! I rather pay more if I have to, but have my parcel delivered on time! Really upset.
