“Worst experience with star tours won't reccomend to...”

Had a very worst experience with star tours. Went to Paris four day trip, while coming back we could not find our baggage on the coach. The coach manager said some passenger might have taken by mistake. After three days they said they got a baggage and we paid for the delivery which cost us 30 pounds but we got wrong baggage. Then they said it was a lost property they could not find it and promised us that they would send us a letter regarding the lost baggage so that we could claim from our Insurance. So far they couldn't send any letter. The worst experience we ever had. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.
