“irritating impatient driver!! ”

Thought i would try ordering from sainsburys as a change from my normal tesco routine and it wont be happening again! Value for money is poor and as for booking time slots is a waste of time, i booked my time slot for 9-10PM and i had a driver call me at 4PM saying he wanted to deliver my order now and as i was out i told him that it could not be delivered now so he then asked me when i would be in and i told him i did not know and thats why i booked 9-10 because i knew i would be in... Again i get another call at 7pm asking if i was in i said no and he complained saying he was now at my flat and i was his last call so he now has to wait for me i do not appreciate been harrassed all day with phone calls when i had booked a particular time slot and had paid for this very very poor customer service not happy
