This is hands down the worst and tiring customer service I have ever had. On a Monday I ordered an outfit/costume that I wanted for a party on the weekend and paid EXPRESS delivery for it (was quoted 2-3 business days for Aust.
Didn't turn up within this given time frame, not only was I left without an outfit for the theme, I had to rush out and spend MORE money on yet another one suitable for the event. or the day after that for that matter.
When I attempted to track where exactly my package was, the Boohoo site was down, not only the first but the fourth time I went to check within the three days. t
When I emailed the customer service team they were no help at all, I have been emailing them for three days now and I am still where I started from....where my package is, and how they are going to change the attitudes of a VERY unsatisfied customer who is tired of this entire experience with Boohoo.
Honestly, after this experience, if they do not at the very least compensate the delivery (I don't even need to outfits now!)than this will be the last time I will ever shop there. Save yourself the money, time and stress, and buy from a store that actually stands by what they claim.
