“Slow Painful Process”

I orginally applied for this mortgage on the 30th of April and here we are a whole month later and they have still not instructed a valuation. Everytime I call up I am told it will be done within 24 hours. The whole process has been slow and painful with them asking for repeat information and excessive copies of ID ect. Everyday I fear the seller will pull out.

All this time and they may not even offer the mortgage after all of this stress.

Avoid if possible. I wish I had.
