BT increased monthly DD, speed on Infinity contract sold was worse that previous normal speed contract, called to investigate both; turns out Infinity not even available on our line so product miss sold. Offered a me contract for normal speed at a more expensive rate than previously, no compensation. Technical team confirmed fault on lineaking speed run at 4.7mg. Asked to escalate both issues to complaint and told someone would call me back within 5 working days, now 8 days. Called today and diverted to India again - one 40 minute call and one 20 minute call (both shorter times than previous calls) to be told they will try and find out who us dealing with complaint. Initial discovery made when I reviewed bill to establish where to call following an engineer working on a pole in neighbourhood which took outy service, they left job without checking lines, I has to report fault as new and took six working days to get reconnected. Shambolic businesses and I will be contacting Ofcom. No customer service, no sharing of knowledge, no ability to respond unscripted. Happy to take your money but no service proposition whatsoever.
