“Bad Customer service”

Purchased a Duvet on 3 easy payments made the first payment and , just after we changed banks. Thought all the dd would cross over but ideal worlds did not.They wrote to me and said to change my card details which i did on line. Then i received another letter to say they could not gain payment and my account was now in the hands of a Debt Agency. I was angry and upset never been in this situation ever. Rang them waited half an hour on a Mobile they were less than happy to help sort it out . In the end hubby got on the phone and asked to speak to a manager explained the mixup and asked to pay th efull amount. They said no we could not do that???.They then said they would contact the debt agency to have the debt returned to them, they would ring me on the 16/5 when i can make a payment??, waited all day they did not ring me.. We then rang again got no where then i rang this other number i found on this site.. Hey it was not india it was the uk. i calmly explained and told them i was not going to pay the ridculous charges they had put on my account as it was not my fault they would not let me pay..In the end i paid the money that was outstanding and told them as far as i was concerned that was the end of the matter.. The money was taken from my account..I will never order from them again having been with them for 10 years they have lost me as a customer.. My next bit it to close my account with them so i will have to email them to do it ..
