“Never giving up”

As a 30th birthday present to myself, I am going to New York. My friend who is from Australia is also coming along.
At first, I was not at all happy with Lowcost holidays as I was told that I could not make a booking as my friend is from Australia and in accordance to so called policies, no one outside the UK could book through them. I thought this was absolutely absurd! Not to mention, the man I spoke to was extremely rude and kept on cutting me off when I would ask him something ( seemed he wanted me off the phone promptly).
So, I checked through the terms and conditions and nothing of the above was mentioned anywhere (well not that I could see).
So I rang a different Lowcost holiday number, I was surprised and extremely happy when I could then actually book my holiday with my friend included. The lady I spoke to was especially helpful and booked me in for a holiday package. She even managed to find a cheaper deal for me! She went out of her way to call me back on several occasions as certain things needed to be checked. She offered transfers for myself and my friend and suggested several websites to visit before our big trip.

I'm so happy that I rang another number!
