I sent off my first cashback claim at the start of March. After nearly two weeks I received a reply stating it had been approved and allow a ridiculous 56 days for payment. Two months had passed with no payment so I sent off a Email with a reply dated 14 May stating my payment had been processed that day,allow 3-5 working days. Now at the end of May and no payment. After again making contact again I have been informed there is an IT fault. Payment will be made when rectified.
I will wait for another two weeks after which If I have not received any payment I will be contacting Trading Standards as I am staring to get the impression of things are not quite as they should be with this Company.
I regret to say I have another mobile contract through this Company and after a three week wait have just received a Email stating my first claim for cashback has been approved. This time no payment time scale mentioned.
Other cashback payments from other providers have been very efficient.
I have learnt my lesson.
