This company is very very very bad at client services when it comes to a claim. Help to you will shy away, that is if you manage to get through the long, unnecessarily overcomplicated telephone system.
My claim has taken 6 months and after being badly advice and sent to deal with Kindertons (??? don't ask, they are another bunch of misleading execs, interested only on getting your credit card details and get you a hire car), my claim has moved to nowhere.
Their communication is poor, their service is slow and unsympathetic. They are the Ryanair of the insurers, so unless they want all those bad, awaful reviews off the web, Chief Executive Officer needs to start working harder on the people they convince to sign up, so he can deliver service, because I am not coming back to them and I pledge to reader of this review to stay away from taking their car or other insurance products.
