“Zero customer care”

This company hides prices and then when you have to order 'extras' you have to pay an additional, large, management fee. Their systems are poor and in my case did not reflect what I had actually paid for and they then compounded the issue by taking five days to reply to me. At this point I registered a complaint, oddly enough, they could not be bothered to respond to this.

STAY WELL AWAY from this company .
