Customer service is dreadful even when contacting the CE never dealt with a company so bad bar British gas. They are now a never use again list which is only two companies. Sadly I was looked back with a deal and stuck for 24 months. When my contract ended I thought I could escape then I found out they screw you over when trying to unlock and go with another company. Avoid at all costs. The only decent customer service I got was the begging phone call asking me to stay. When you have a problem you don't speak to well customer trained individuals just nathandrethals that can't think for themselves or make any decisions or resolve your problem.
