I was humiliated in front of all people that were at the bank as the lady said she didn't understand what I was saying I said that I want to return money from my overdraft that I took last month. She said she didn't understand very rudely and I know that she knew what I was saying. I'm not British but I never had any complains about my language. I have been discriminated. At the end she said she can't help me so I took my card and left. Really ruined my day and I definitely don't want to have any more business with loyds bank. Huntingdon
