“Avoid like the plague”

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I ordered 6 tables and chairs in mid April, I had the e mail stating that delivery would take 2-4 weeks. Why their website can't state that what is in stock and what isn't is beyond me.
After many calls (made by me I hasten to add) I kept getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse, I was given a firm delivery date of mid May but that didn't happen, another phone call to them and another excuse was offered up that their stock was held in customs and that a delivery would happen in early June, I called again today to be told that it was going to be another 4 weeks as they had rejected their last consignment due to quality issues.
Not once have they ever contacted me to let me know what the hell is happening, it has always been me doing the chasing.
I have now started proceedings to get my money refunded but i'm not holding out a lot of hope.
Luckily their address is on their website, if I don't get my money back in a timely manner you WILL be getting a visit from a very irate 6'3" customer.
