“Disgusting service and still no delivery!”

Communication has been poor right from when I very first ordered my bed and mattress. I ordered it three weeks before I actually needed it delivered ... plenty of time to sort the order out (or so you would think). The bed arrived on the delivery day but with no mattress - not very helpful when you have tenants moving in in three days time. Customer services were totally uninterested and said they could reorder the mattress for me (as it had been "lost"???) and that the new delivery might come on Friday. I tried to explain that being told it "might arrive" doesn't help when you are a working person. They didn't care at all. They finally agreed to refund the bed and delivery cost but point blank refused to stump up any kind of good will gesture to compensate for the fact that I've had to fork out an additional £80 to get a reliable company to deliver the mattress that they couldn't. Please don't order from these people - I don't understand how they're functioning as a business at all.

Also, the bed that did arrive is extremely poor quality and took two of us (good at DIY) ages to build with lots of poor quality parts - doubt it will last long.
