“Poor Customer Service”

Ordered a pair of FitFlops for my wife's birthday gift after being let down by another company. Sadly this company are no better! Paid extra for timed delivery and waited for the order. Order arrived and on opening box I discovered I had been sent the wrong item that was cheaper than what I had paid for. Contacted customer services who refused to send out the item I had paid for until I had returned the order they sent. No apology. They promised that when I had a tracking number they would send the item out that day for next day delivery. I asked to be refunded the extra I paid for delivery and was told no, as my delivery had arrived on time. When I pointed out it wasn't what I ordered with reluctance they agreed to refund . I had to travel I'm my vehicle to the nearest Collect plus location and obtain a tracking number. I did all this within the hour of my first call. I even emailed them them the tracking number as I didn't trust that they would automatically get the tracking number as they suggested. I had an email response stating yes the item would be sent for delivery the next day. Arrived home the next day from work. Contacted Cloggs and was told my item, for some reason hasn't been dispatched and I has not had the postage cancelled. So I was deliberately misled by two customer service employees. Shocking customer service, and I don't expect to se the goods tomorrow as promised today. First and last time using this company, avoid!
