“WORST EVER!!!”

Veeeery unreliable!! Was booking with them to transfer my girlfriend to Heathrow airport. We payed £37 via paypal in advance and was expecting to see the driver in the morning. They were suppose to pick her up at 5am. Not only that they didn't show up but after we chased them on the phone they finally sent us another car. That was with 45 min delay with no explanation - and the car was from another agency. So once at the airport my girlfriend had to pay additional £50 as the driver told her he has nothing to do with Hummingbirds car and that he was told by their operator he will be payed in cash once at the airport!!!!! As there was no other way out she payed in order to catch her flight as she was already late. We chased Hummingbirds for at least 4 months for our money but they just ignored us or if they would answer our phone calls and emails they would claim that the money was reimbursed to our paypal account. Of course that never happened.
Long story short - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THEM. Better to walk than book with these people!!!!!
