Having just had a reminder that my car insurance was up for renewal, I went to Ecar's web page. As I liked the quote Ecar had sent along with the renewal reminder, I wanted to get in touch with a person to discuss a few things that had changed, and which the quote was based upon.

I was impressed with the speed, I got connected and the positive and professional approach of the person I spoke to. Within two minutes everything was cleared.

The online renewal is very simple and there is a quick confirmation of payment in your email inbox.
