“Utterly unacceptable.”

T-Mobile are useless. I have spent the last week and a half trying to get a replacement phone for the "new" one that they sent me as a replacement for a broken one that was delivered by a horrible angry courier.
Have spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get this replacement and rearranged my life to accommodate various delivery dates where nobody showed up and nobody contacted me to say they wouldn't show up. It is utterly unacceptable for a company to act in this way.
I might as well have asked them to deliver a pizza.
If I'd known that they were going to send me a brokenphone to replace my old broken phone, I wouldn't have bothered - at least the old phone actually made phone calls. The broken one that they sent me didn't make or receive calls.
