Great van great customer service but unsurprisingly let down by UK weather!

My family and I took a long awaited holiday to Wales. The first holiday we have been able to afford for a while and this was a great way for us all to see alot of different places in one trip. We all had a great time and it was well worth it.

Only point of hassle was pre-hire administration process could have been shorter and clearer but I understand the company is currently making changes to make it easier.

I will definitely use them again in the future when I can afford another holiday.
