“Online service is terrible”

The shop has good value clothing, and great summer shoes but it offers an online service which does not work. I place the order online but for some reason it wont take my payment online - Customer service recommendation is place the order again in 48 hrs which I did and again it did not work so the offered solution is to go into a store to place the order.... really that defeats the point somewhat

The website looks great and is easy to navigate but if you cant place the order online whats the point?
