“spot-on service,recommended!”

my sister and I had our second package holiday with Jet2,and it won't be the last!I had flown with them twice before,and found them excellent,so was keen to book when they began doing packages last year.They exceeded expectations!They do all the things that Thomson holidays have stopped doing,eg.the option of a meal on the plane,AND you get the 22kgs.luggage allowance (Thomsons is mostly 15,pay extra to bring up to 20kgs.-their former standard weight!).We also found you could have complimentary water with your meal if you preferred this to tea/coffee,and the crowning touch-Jet2 serve the pre.booked meals FIRST,before bringing round the snacks/bar drinks trolley and gifts trolleys!Just nice little touches that make a difference to their customer service.Both holidays were superb,all faithfully as described in their brochures,no nasty surprises.Finally,as I had found before,clean comfortable planes,v.good legroom and pleasant helpful flight crews,also good flight times-and on.time take-offs.Top marks!!
