I signed up with this company primus (newcall telecom) in February 2014 all went well 10 days I had internet equipment and 3 days later a telephone engineer came out to check line. All was fine there. This company gave me no home telephone number and internet works for 20 minutes at a time then goes off for 1/2 signal is constantly weak. I have called the company more than 30 times and have been kept waiting on the line from between 15 and 30 minutes with NEVER a pick up. I have emailed the 7 times times and had no response. I am utterly disgusted with this lack of customer service. As a disabled person on a limited income I believed that this company would offer a good service suitable to my needs at a reasonable price. Not so. I have taken the matter up with the relevant authorities and will not hesitate to follow this through. I not only believe this is bad business practice but I also believe it's criminal on the grounds of them not adhering to their side of the contract. If I didn't pay the bill they would they would have me in breach of contract. As I've no contact with them I can't even cancel my agreement with them.
