Bought a watch which arrived damaged. Watchfinder inferred it must have been my fault. They eventually had it repaired but, within three weeks of it being returned to me after a full service by the manufacturer, it began stopping during wear. I returned it to them but they said there was nothing wrong. They offered to return it to me, or refund two thirds of the price I had paid. Communications to the MD are simply ignored.
