Our memory foam mattress was delivered when requested, however the packaging was damaged and after we removed all the packaging we discovered that the mattress cover was also damaged. We contacted the company straight away. There was no verbal apology and we were told to photograph the damage and send the images via email, which we did. A bit of a hassle!
A new cover was ordered and we had to make ourselves available for a second day to wait for that delivery.
This should not be happening.
We did get a confirmation email of the new cover delivery and an apology. But not good enough.
That said the memory foam mattress is comfortable and cannot fault it after a couple of weeks use.
