London healthrow location; I booked online for $323 for 10 days, they charged me $1908, plus didn't do the inspection, their was a dent on the back side of the driver side, very visible. Thank god I did a walk around otherwise the horrible woman, (really should be a more harsh word for her name, but that's me being nice about it) told me the car is in great condition. She almost had me I had to bring it to her attention for her to sign off the damage as a result of previous damage to the vehicle.

Thrifty charged me $1908, I got a mid size, but paid for a full size. The price is $323, not $1908.

Be weary they are sly, uncourteous, unfriendly, scheming, and unprofessional. If your rich it doesn't matter you can afford it, and it wont hurt your pocket, if your not rich and every penny counts, do your due diligence, fight them on every number they give you because they are out to take money from you, from this experience I have just encountered I have been screwed, literally.
