The service went smoothly with both designer and surveyor keeping their timed appointments. The wait to have the furniture fitted was reasonable and as estimated by the designer once an order was placed. We were not rushed to make a decision and the product was explained fully once a misunderstanding from looking in the showroom at a fitment was understood.

The fitter arrived as per scheduled time and day and worked in a very clean and organised way. As this was fitted to a tenanted flat and the tenant had had to move out it was important all was completed quickly. The two wardrobes and drop down bed were fitted the same day and I was amazed at how little mess was caused. The emulsion walls and ceilings were not damaged at all and all we needed to do was refit the carpet as the unit was 4cm deeper.
On the experience so far I would thoroughly recommend Spacemaker. The product looks good and if it wears as good as it looks that too will be great. It would seem to be good value in comparison with other companies but there are few to choose from with drop down beds. This will only be proven if the produce performs over the long term hence 4.
