“QUICK AND EFFICIENT SERVICE, ”

I called travel up on Saturday and was served by a very pleasant Ticketing staff – Farhan. I was looking for a cheap ticket ( of course) and with specific dates. The options available was not suitable for me at that time. However, he took time to listen to what I wanted and took my number and called me back. I got a call back within 15 minutes and he had few options for me lining up with what I wanted. The prices were slightly high as it was the peak season. Great sales approach and was very polite and patient. The transaction was completed within a short time and I got my e ticket already !!!
Very happy with the Excellent service Farhan . I would recommend Travel Up to my friends.
