Although the web site is basic the personal touch when you contact a representative is fantastic they listen to your prefrences and always get back to you when they say they will. I booked my renewal of vows with them and had the most fantastic time. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a bit more for their money. The only issue we had was we had 2 different reference numbers for the holiday as 8 were traveling and unknown to us the children were booked in seperatly which meant we could not book in on line. It took a bit of sorting out but we did mainly sit together. I have booked 3 times with Tropical sky and have not been disapointed.
