After being a customer for many years without claiming ... My washing machine broke down and the parts were ordered nothing wrong with that ..... Well I'm going to have to wait nearly a month. The staff do not care they are rude .When I said I would cancel my contract I was told it was my decision and I could do what I want ..... This company seems not to care about the business. Looking for another warranty as we speak
